Two Trails Become One Road
By Steve Miller

In tails and white, you’ll leave tonight, with the one that you love so,
You must allow us one last chance to tell you what we know.

As feather legged horses strain against each single tree,
Life’s heavy burdens shared by two are drawn more easily.

And though you’re now together, yoked in love and grace,
Push not against each other, respect the others trace.

Love shared is not divided, but multiplied you see,
It’s the only time I know, when one and one adds up to three…

Or four, or five, or six, or even seven,
But be assured each red round face is an angel straight from heaven.

It’s time to take your parents love, store it safely, deep within,
A new page in your book of life you must today begin.

As together you ride separately, two trails become one road,
That leads toward your destiny, God bless and share your load

New ---- Ultimate Horsemen’s Challenge Association

Want To Have Some Fun? Come Ride With Us!

The mission of the Ultimate Horsemen's Challenge Association (UHCA) is to provide a forum to unite all breeds, disciplines and skill levels in a competitive obstacle course setting that emphasizes and rewards good horsemanship while encouraging sportsmanship, camaraderie and above all, fun and enjoyment with horses. What’s Cooking? - At Roy Frey Western Lifestyles
Here’s an easy vegetable dish that goes great with pork roast or pork chops.

Tomatoes Italiano
Fresh Tomatoes (2-4)
Olive Oil
Fresh or canned mushrooms
Basil (fresh is wonderful)
Parmesan Cheese

Cut up fresh tomatoes into bite size pieces and place in casserole dish or pie pan. Drizzle with olive oil to coat. Add fresh (sliced shitake is my favorite) or drained canned mushrooms. Liberally sprinkle dried basil or tear (the smell is wonderful) fresh basil leaves into pieces over other mixture and toss to coat tomatoes. Top liberally with Parmesan cheese (I like the shaved fresh Parmesan). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot.
